Returns Policy
At StunGunsHQ.com we hope that every customer's transaction is to their satisfaction, but in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within thirty (30) days with no questions asked for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping cost. After 30 days, items returned will be handled as a warranty return and will be either repaired or replaced at Stun Guns Headquarters discretion.
Note: All returns must have a valid "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)" number associated with the return.
Instructions For Filing For A "Return Merchandise Authorization" Number Within Thirty (30) Days Of Product Purchase
Items submitted for refund must be in new unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. Items shipped to Stun Guns Headquarters without a valid RMA # will be return to the customer at the customers own expense. Automatic RMA submissions via Stun Guns Headquarters automated filing process are not available after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to locate the "Registration of the return" link from within your orders page, then it may be beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not able to find the registration of the return link and believe that you have not exceeded the 30 day time frame, please contact us.
Step 1
Log into your account using the email address and password originally submitted during customer registration by clicking HERE.
Step 2
In the My Account menu click on "Orders" and then click on the order number you would like to file a RMA for. If your past order do not display you may search for the order number you would like to return, or if you already know your order number you may enter it into the space provided. When you have located your order number, click on the order number to pull up that order.
Step 3
From the Order Info page, click on the "Registration of the return" link located directly above the Print Invoice button. When the Registration of the return pages opens, choose whether you would like to be sent a replacement item shipped to you or if you would prefer to have the original purchase price refuned to the credit card or PayPal account on file. If your order was paid for by check or money order, your refund will be made in the way of a check. Please allow fifteen days for credit card refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Step 4
Next check the box next to the item(s) you would like to return and the quantity you wish to return in the event multiple items were ordered of the same product. Next, using the drop down menu choose reason for the return. If you have any additional comments, you may enter them into the Comments box regarding your return.
Step 5
Click on the "Return" button to finalize your return. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number once your return has been authorized as well as shipping instructions. Please include this RMA # on the exterior of the shipping container.

Return request after 30 days of purchase date are handled as warranty repairs and the defective product will be repaired or replaced at the descretion of Stun Guns Headquarters.

Contact our office by clicking HERE and explain the nature of your request as well as original order number and item description. You will be emailed your Return Merchandise Authorization number as well as instructions on returning the defective merchandise.
